MEXC Fees (October 2026): Spot and Futures Trading Fees and How to Pay Less
MEXC charges 0% maker and 0.05% taker on spot and 0% maker and 0.02% taker on perpetual futures (BTC; 0.01% on ETH), and a fee rebate returns part of every taker fee you pay, so what you actually pay ends up lower still. Below are the rates, why this guide uses a single rate rather than a VIP table, what $1,000,000 and $10,000,000 of monthly futures taker volume cost before and after a rebate, and what a rebate can and cannot do when the maker fee is 0%.

MEXC fees at a glance
These are MEXC's standard rates as its public API returned them on 21 October 2026. Maker orders, which rest on the order book until they fill, cost 0% on both spot and perpetual futures. Takers pay 0.05% on spot and, on perpetual futures, 0.02% on BTC and 0.01% on ETH. Fees are charged on the full notional of each fill.
| Product | Maker | Taker |
|---|---|---|
| Spot | 0% | 0.05% |
| Perpetual futures (BTC) | 0% | 0.02% |
| Perpetual futures (ETH) | 0% | 0.01% |
MEXC VIP tiers: why this guide uses one rate
This guide does not use a volume-based VIP schedule for MEXC. Every figure here is MEXC's standard rate from its public API (21 October 2026), applied at every volume. If your account shows different rates, the fee page in your own MEXC account is final.
| Product | Taker fee used here | Volume schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Spot | 0.05% | None used here |
| Perpetual futures | 0.02% (BTC; ETH 0.01%) | None used here |
What $1M and $10M of futures volume cost
Take a trader whose BTC futures volume is all taker orders. Both volumes fall in Rebatly's Standard tier for MEXC (below $50M a month), which returns 40% of the fees you pay, and with no volume schedule used here the rate is 0.02% at both sizes.
$1,000,000 a month. $1,000,000 × 0.02% = $200 in fees. The rebate is 40% × $200 = $80, so the net fee is $200 − $80 = $120, an effective rate of 0.012%.
$10,000,000 a month. $10,000,000 × 0.02% = $2,000 in fees; 40% × $2,000 = $800 back and $1,200 net, again 0.012%.
On ETH, at 0.01%, the same $1,000,000 costs $100, with $40 back and $60 net (0.006%). Rebatly's MEXC rebate rises to 50% from $50M and 60% from $150M of monthly volume.
| Monthly futures taker volume | Taker rate | Fees | Rebate (40%) | Net fee | Effective rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000,000 (BTC) | 0.02% | $200 | $80 | $120 | 0.012% |
| $10,000,000 (BTC) | 0.02% | $2,000 | $800 | $1,200 | 0.012% |
| $1,000,000 (ETH) | 0.01% | $100 | $40 | $60 | 0.006% |
How to pay less on MEXC
Use maker orders. On MEXC a maker fill costs nothing on spot or futures, which no rebate can beat. The catch: a rebate is a share of fees actually paid, so 0% maker trades earn no rebate.
Get a fee rebate on your taker fees. Sign up with the code mexc-Rebatly and Rebatly returns up to 60% of the fees you pay on MEXC spot and futures, tiered by monthly volume: 40% below $50M, 50% from $50M and 60% from $150M. It is paid daily, usually the next day between 04:00 and 12:00 UTC, in USDT by internal transfer to your MEXC UID, with a 1 USDT minimum. What it is worth depends on how much of your volume is taker: a trader who only fills as a maker pays no fees and gets nothing back. Setup is in the MEXC referral code guide, and you can put your own maker/taker split through the MEXC fee calculator.
Before you sign up
MEXC's terms (13 October 2026) exclude, for example, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, mainland China and Russia. MEXC binds the referral at registration, so the code has to be on the account when it is created. Zero-fee trades, which on MEXC means every maker fill, earn no rebate.
Rebatly is an independent affiliate, not operated or endorsed by MEXC, and earns a commission on the fees of users who sign up with its code. Nothing here is financial advice.

FAQ
What are MEXC's trading fees?
MEXC's public API (21 October 2026) shows 0% maker and 0.05% taker on spot, and 0% maker and 0.02% taker on BTC perpetual futures (0.01% taker on ETH).
Does MEXC charge maker fees?
No. Maker orders cost 0% on both spot and futures. Because a rebate is a share of fees actually paid, those 0% trades also earn no rebate.
What are MEXC's futures fees?
0% maker and 0.02% taker on BTC perpetual futures, and 0.01% taker on ETH. On $1,000,000 of BTC taker volume that is $200 in fees; at Rebatly's 40% Standard tier, $80 comes back and the net is $120.
How do I lower my MEXC fees?
Fill as a maker where you can, which costs 0%, and add a fee rebate on the taker fees you do pay. Rebatly returns up to 60% of the fees you pay on MEXC, tiered by monthly volume and paid daily in USDT.
Is there a MEXC fee discount code?
MEXC's own rates do not change with a code, but if you sign up with mexc-Rebatly, Rebatly pays you back up to 60% of the fees you pay, daily in USDT. MEXC binds the referral at registration, so enter the code when you sign up.
